Auto-responder Emails in Shared Web Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder email will take you only a few mouse clicks if you are using a shared web hosting service from our company. You can do this through the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you can see all of your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can select an email and click the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and select the option in the context menu that will show up. All you have to do will be to enter the content you want to be sent as the automated reply and save the modifications. You are able to type in any text you would like and editing or removing the auto-responder feature is just as simple. In the same section of the Control Panel you can keep track of which e-mail accounts have the feature enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domains with us, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for any of the email addresses you make inside the account. You can do this in the Emails section of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a list of all of your mailboxes. A small icon will show you which one has an active auto-responder and which doesn't. To add, edit or delete a message, click on the matching image for the given e-mail, enter the content that you want to use, save the change and you'll be all set. If you choose various e-mail addresses, you're able to enable or deactivate the function for them in bulk, with just minimal efforts.
